Think of Discovery Play Preschool as an extension of your homeschool classroom. We partner with families to provide meaningful, standards-aligned instruction while parents continue leading their child's educational journey at home.
As an approved Arizona ESA Vendor, eligible families may use ESA funds for qualifying educational services.

What is a Personalized Educational Journey?
Every homeschooling family has different goals, and every child learns differently.
We'll begin by learning about your child's strengths, interests, learning style, and the areas where you'd like additional support.
Together, we'll create a Personalized Educational Journey that complements the wonderful work you're already doing at home while helping your child continue to discover, explore, create, and grow.

Homeschooling is a partnership.
Parents remain the primary homeschooling educator and continue maintaining homeschool records and meeting Arizona's reporting requirements.

Learning Through Monthly Studies
One of the unique features of our program is our integrated monthly studies.
Our Kindergarten and 1st Grade learners explore the same monthly studies as our preschool explorers, with lessons intentionally designed for each developmental level.
For example:
Ocean Exploration
Preschool Explorers might:
** Read ocean stories
** Create ocean art
** Explore sensory bins
** Count sea animals
** Investigate simple science concepts
Kindergarten & First Grade learners may:
** Read nonfiction texts
** Strengthen reading comprehension
** Write about marine life
** Solve ocean-themed math problems
** Explore habitats through science investigations
** Complete meaningful projects connected to the theme
